What we are — and are not. We provide independent relocation planning and local introductions. We are not Spanish lawyers, tax advisers, estate agents, immigration advisers, mortgage brokers or financial advisers. When personalised or regulated advice is needed, we introduce clients to appropriately qualified local professionals.

Everything starts with the free call. If more help would be useful, these are the three packages we offer. All of them are delivered remotely, by phone, video and email, so they work wherever you are. Prices are fixed in both pounds and euros.
Move Planning Session

- A 60-minute video call about your move
- A written plan within 3 working days: the order to do things in, 2–3 areas worth a look, questions to put to professionals and links to official sources
- If you book the Area Shortlist within 30 days, the session fee is taken off its price
Area Shortlist
£199 / €235
- A short questionnaire, then a 60-minute call and a 30-minute follow-up call
- A written comparison of the 2–3 areas that best fit you, from Los Dolses, Villamartín, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig and Campoamor. It covers lifestyle, getting around, schools and healthcare to research, and typical rents from current listings

Move Coordination

- A personalised moving timeline
- Introductions as you need them, for example rental or sales agents, removals, currency transfer, a gestor or lawyer, each explained before it's made
- Check-ins by email or WhatsApp for up to 3 months
How booking and payment work
- Start with the free move-planning call, so we can check a package is right for you.
- We then confirm by email exactly what's included, the price and when you'll receive it.
- You pay by bank transfer, in pounds or euros, before work starts. We send the bank details with the confirmation.
- If you change your mind before work starts, we refund you in full. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
What's not included, and how we're paid
- No package includes legal, tax, immigration, mortgage or financial advice. For those, we introduce you to a qualified professional, who charges you separately.
- Package prices don't cover official fees, rent, deposits, removals or any other provider's charges.
- Besides package fees, some partners we introduce you to, such as estate agents, removal-quote services and currency firms, may pay us a referral fee. We tell you before any introduction whether this applies. Introductions are always optional, and you're free to use any provider you choose.

Removal quotes
Fill in one free form from our partner Sirelo (TriGlobal B.V.) and you will be contacted by up to 5 moving companies with quotes, with no obligation to book. Currency & international money transfers
Moving money between the UK/Belgium and Spain for a deposit, purchase or ongoing bills can cost less through a currency specialist than a typical high-street bank transfer. Currencies Direct is a partner we use ourselves for this (referral link — we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you). As always, compare rates and fees before transferring, and this isn't financial advice.
Everyday spending & smaller transfers
For day-to-day spending, one-off transfers or holding both GBP and EUR in one place, a multi-currency account is often simpler than a specialist transfer service. We use Wise ourselves for this (referral link — check Wise's site for any current new-customer offer). Again, compare fees for your own amounts before deciding.
