What we collect
When you submit a form on this site (for example, the move-planning enquiry forms), we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and any optional details such as phone number, country, target area, timescale, family details and your message. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data through these forms, and you should avoid including sensitive information (such as health details) in free-text fields unless necessary.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, arrange a move-planning call, and — only where relevant and with your knowledge — make introductions to local professionals on your behalf. We do not sell your personal data.
How forms are processed
Enquiry forms on this site are currently processed using a third-party form-delivery service (Web3Forms) which emails submissions to us. Details submitted are subject to that provider's own processing and retention practices in addition to ours. This section should be updated if the form-processing provider changes.
When you send an enquiry, the form also records the page you sent it from and how you reached our site, for example a link from our Facebook page, our Google Business Profile or a partner's website. This helps us understand which channels are useful to people. It is sent with your enquiry and is not used for advertising. We do not use cookies or other browser storage for this.
Removal quote form (Sirelo)
Some pages include a removal quote form provided by Sirelo, a service of TriGlobal B.V. (Spuiboulevard 240 A+B, 3311 GR Dordrecht, the Netherlands). The form is loaded from Sirelo's website inside our page. We do not receive or store what you type into it: your details go directly to Sirelo, which handles them under its own privacy policy and shares them with up to 5 moving companies so they can contact you with quotes. Sirelo is responsible for asking for your consent within the form. For questions about this data, or to ask for it to be deleted, contact Sirelo through sirelo.co.uk. We may receive a fee from TriGlobal for each quote request sent through the form; we only receive a monthly count of requests, not your details.
Website analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics, provided by Vercel Inc., our website host, to count visits in aggregate: which pages are viewed, the referring website, the country, and the browser and device type. It does not use cookies. Vercel identifies a visit using a hash created from the incoming request, which it discards after 24 hours, and it does not tie the data to an individual or an IP address. We also count a few anonymous actions, such as clicks on "Book a free call", clicks on partner links and whether an enquiry form was sent. We never send names, email addresses, phone numbers or messages to analytics. See Vercel's Web Analytics privacy information.

Your rights

We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and for a limited period afterwards for record-keeping, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
